To always come up. Right. Especially an agent that comes on and is starting to be productive. You know, there's always that split conversation at some level. So we wanted to answer that. And then we also knew that, you know, people in general, it's human nature to want a pathway. They want that pathway, and if we don't help them create that pathway, they're going to create it and we're most likely not going to be in the equation. Right. And so how do we also keep them and retain them internally? So you're level one through level four, all based on the amount of production that you do from a volume and transactional standpoint, we use both. Some of the benefits that we unlock have to do with being able to have be an experienced agent, perform at that high level, whether it's bringing in ISA support, whether it's getting more marketing support, whatever it is that we bring to the table for the agent level, want to make sure that they can utilize that and maximize it.
