My very first hire was my. One of my very best friends. She was already working real estate with a different team. And I just called her and I said, hey, I'm looking for help. Would you want to come over and work with me? I have an abundance of leads. I'm too busy. I can't handle it all. And she jumped immediately. She was like, yep, I'm in. So she was my very first hire. My second hire is actually my partner at this point now. He was the ISA for the Lawton team. So he was the guy that made all of our calls in the office. You know, he was the one that would set the appointments for the agents. And he had decided to be an agent. He had come to me and said, hey, Tiff, I know you're busy. You and Kelly can't handle this all. Can I jump on, too? And I was like, yeah. So he's been with me now for almost 10 years.
