That's how I got good at the technology side of this, right? Because I was the stressed out team leader. The good thing is that I didn't know real estate that well as far as building teams and the format for it. So I naively just did what we did from the tech world, right? If tools needed to exist in our organization, I built them. If integrations needed to exist in our integration, I built them and I shaped the technology to our way of doing things to help support and expedite kind of the dreams that we had for expansion as a company. I somehow lived under a rock for, I don't know, 10 years thinking that the rest of the big teams were doing the same thing.
