A short YouTube podcast clip from Real Estate Team OS discussing the evolving value of buyer's agents. What's the value of the buyer's agent in today's transaction? We need to get a lot better at articulating it, and it's not finding the listing.
We've got to insulate our clients from the complexity of this business and show them the simplicity. Right? And so just provide a very simplified experience, which meant like, insulating them from all the minutiae. We go through all these steps to provide, like a leg up in the negotiation, right? To find an angle. We're researching the seller. We're doing all these little things that we shield our clients from. And I think that there's something to be said, like, we're not the key to finding you the property anymore, but we are the difference in getting the property that you want. Like, a good buyer's agent knows how to get you what you want, and that's where that strong desire to win shows up. Like, when I know my client really wants something, I know that I am going to work my tail off to make sure that they get what they want.
