Here are some recruiting red flags for agents to watch out for. It's this pitch on marketing. We'll do this marketing. Then the pitch of you don't have a office fee. Okay, well, I don't have that. Now we can give you some leads. That's not really what I was looking for either. I was just happy when we got here that there was a pond of people we could call. And now I can just call everybody. And that's what I did and grew that way. When they promise you this marketing, well, maybe it's for a limited time and then you need to get your checkbook out. That was a red flag to me because marketing is not going to make you better. The skills that you know when you talk to people in having an open conversation versus they would point out heavy hitters on their team. Well, maybe you can make it to meet to this group. And I'm thinking we need to be a collective effort. I don't want to feel that way when I walk in. Like I can't go talk to him or her because they own this place.
