If you haven't done this yet, you should start today.
The early days, it was just kind of getting everything down on paper, typed out, of course in Google Drive, but just getting everything out of my head and just getting it out on paper to find out what do we even do here? Obviously we move around, we do things and we're busy, but what's actually going down? How can we sort that? What tools are out there to help us make that better and get more organized? Because now it's just not me, it's now. Everyone. We look at Follow Boss now as our. It's our epicenter of people. Everything is in there related to our clients and any kind of new leads and new people coming into our database. We're learning and populating that and that's where we kind of go to. And then for processes, we use Trello. Whether it's trades and transactions, we kind of have a set list of checklists. From there. I call them like recipe cards in terms of how we do respective things. So went from Word documents to now these kind of cards that have all these things in place that are easily searchable. And it's forever an endless improvement making it more efficient.
