Making $1M is easy… just follow the playbook! 📚

Adrian is now in his third year and he's going to do north of $1 million in GCI this year. Carly is in her second full year and she'll do north of 500,000 in GCI this year. So they're perfect examples of people who came in here brand new and just plugged in. I learned this back when I used to play a lot of sports is like just run the play that's called. Run the fricking play that's called. The agents who come in here and try to like, do things their own way. Like, I know they said to do it this way, but I'm going to do it that way. They bomb out quickly. The agents that just run the play that's called, they're the Adrian, they're the Carly, they're the ones that crush it. It's like, look, I've done this for. I personally sold over a hundred homes a year. Trust me, I've been in the living room thousands of times. I've been in the car hundreds of times. And if you don't trust me that the way that I'm teaching you is the way to do it, then you probably shouldn't be here. So as soon as we've had the agent who's trying to just resist everything that we do, we just get rid of them. They're just not a fit.
