Who have you given permission to hold you accountable?
Oh, man, that's a great question. So I have three mentors in my life. First of all, let me say this. I don't like being held accountable. I don't. Because I'm a self starter. I push myself really hard anyway, to the point that sometimes I'll get frustrated with myself. I don't need somebody saying, did you do this? Did you do that?
I mean, it's hard to.

What you didn't do. Jeff Broger. Amazing dude and smart guy. And he'll just text me every Friday, hey, how are you doing on your macros? And it's uncomfortable, but I enjoy it because it's a discussion. So it depends on the topic, but yeah, multiple areas.
