When your value prop and the culture of your team are all about education, it can be great for brand new agents.
One thing I love about new agents is the fact that you get to mold them kind of the way you want them to be. With all of the training and all of the education, all of the pieces that Tawana and I have gotten from our travels and all the workshop seminars, we put together a really good system and it's kind of hard to push that system down on experienced agents. They come with preconceived notes and with new agents you don't have that. So we get to fill them up with everything that we know and they're more open and accepting to it. So we have had a lot of success with new agents. They're an open book and we get to help them write their story, learn.
