We had grown our team. We had five other agents working with us in addition to our full time assistant. But around 2019, just looking at the metrics, we kind of decided that we wanted to focus on our own production and so we adjusted some splits. We stopped buying leads and then let nature take its course. And so now we're back to the two of us. It was allocation of time and I just found that I enjoyed working with the customers directly and building my business. And I found that I was spending more time working with agents that weren't always holding up their end of the bargain. And that did lead to some frustrations. And so, you know, it was mostly a financial decision. Looking back, I could say it was a great decision or a horrible one, but for me it worked out well.
