This is a conversational interview with Billy Hobbs (COO) of the Lawton real estate team describing how the team scaled operationally through experiments and investments. Key themes: a culture of piloting and iterative learning, a four-level 'Agent Journey' commission/benefit structure and teams-within-team model to retain and grow agents, and an operations-first willingness to hire ahead of revenue to support new initiatives (e.g., Zillow Offers, Follow Up Boss integrations).
