Short YouTube clip (uploaded April 22, 2025) from Real Estate Team OS — episode 65 — featuring Lisa Stafford describing how she pushes her 11-agent team out of their comfort zone (example: taking them to a ropes course) to build team bonding and encourage behaviors like making phone calls; highlights blending metrics and mindset in team management.

I try to push them. They haven't forgiven me yet about taking them to the ropes course. They keep telling me they will never do that again.
