Short YouTube conversation (Sean Getty + Real Estate Team OS) using a gym/bench-press analogy to argue that concentrated, repeated activity (high reps/effort to failure with short rest) builds skill and produces real estate sales results; contrasts low-frequency, token activity (e.g., few doors/calls per day) with consistent high-volume practice. So imagine you're going to the gym or trying to build a skill or a sport or something, right? So just use the gym as an easy example. Let's say you want to do a certain weight on a certain activity. So call it the bench press. So let's say you want to do 145 or 135. So it's a plate on each side, right? Well, if you can't do that, do you think you're going to get stronger by putting £25 on each side and doing one rep every hour? Or if you put £25 on each side and go until you can't go anymore, take a two minute break and go to you can't do anymore and you push past your limits and then that's how you actually grow. So what happens is a lot of people work as if they're doing like one rep per hour, right? Because they're only doing 10 doors a day, or 25 doors a day, or 10 calls a day or whatever the activity is. Well, I was doing months of that amount of work every day, so that made me super, super strong at those activities. And then the results just, they just come.
