Scaling without breaking the bank? 🤔

Philosophically where we are at now because of the economics and what drives the transaction and the amount per transaction that can go to contract, to closing or go to listing to closing or go to the marketing department. It can't always be a local stateside person that's 15% above market, right? So if you're going to have a players, you know, our model has been to find, you know, virtual talent throughout the world that complements a players here. So a players paid 15, 20% above market other markets to support those people. But then we have a blended cost, which is lower than having somebody local. That's the blend of our model and how we continue to grow. It's a players locally as leadership with virtual a players assisting.
