One year old.
Approximately 80% market share in a 400-home neighborhood.
When, why and how did you start your real estate team?
Well, I was a mother of triplets and they were one at the time. Then I got my license and so I was just always trying to get time back. I started farming a neighborhood and I would put the kids in the stroller and I'd walk the neighborhood and meet people because I wanted out of my house.
Feels like an unfair advantage as well as a necessity.
It certainly kept. It's so easy to make friends when you have a triplet stroller, you know, So I was always just trying to get time back. But to be honest, I started the business just wanting to just be able to slowly build while the kids were young. And then when the kids were older and went to school, maybe I would take the lid off of that. But it just took off way faster than I expected. So at one point, I think in 2005, right before the crash, I had 80% market share in a 400 home neighborhood.
