We start creating that three to six month roadmap. And I think that's where things get dangerous for people, is when they try to make too much change too fast in their technology systems because it will drive your organization nuts. And we get that question all the time. Average our clients have us on retainer for 20 hours a month. And I do get asked from time to time, like, can I just pay you for like 100 hours this month? And like, let's just get it all done in one month so we can go. I'm like, yeah, sure, you could do that. But here's what will happen. You're going to change three core systems in your organization all at one time. It's going to be chaotic and then nobody's going to adopt it and this will all be for naught and it'll be a waste of money and you'll be worse off actually than if you would have just stayed on your older, inefficient system. So is that what we want? No, that's not.
