Here's how one team grew through a down market.

I've been doing an email to the entire team every morning. My thoughts of what's going on in the market or some details at the bottom, I throw together like a tip of the day, you know, around Christmas. Hey, make sure we're asking about what they're doing for the holidays. Something like that. I do every day except for Sunday. It's something that I've dedicated to, that I love and I know the agents love. It's over. Communicating on, making sure the agents are getting what they need. At the same time, making sure they through this tough time that you're not making enough phone calls. If you want to hit that number, if you want to adjust that number, cool, let's adjust it. Or we adjust the number of calls, right? It's one or the other, but it's just a candid, empathetic conversation around that.
