The Real Trends rankings are changing, here’s what you need to know 😅 #realestateteam

The brokerage rankings were actually the first successful attempt at producing any kind of rankings within the Real Trends universe and that was in 97. So 28 years ago. 2006 is when the agent and team rankings started. So 19 years of agent and team data is what we're sitting on this season, which will look back at production from January 1 to December 31, 2024. The 2025 rankings as we call them is on pace to be our largest year yet. We've made some small tweaks within the program that is going to allow expand the rankings from showcasing the top 1.5% of producers to the top 5%. We're very much in the business of providing context. How are you ranked nationally? How are you ranked at a state level? And as of last year, introducing how you're ranked on a city level, we piloted 50 cities. This year there will probably be close to 200 cities that we're doing rankings in.
