The secret to self motivation is… don’t stop 🏃 #realestateagent #realestateentrepreneur

Realtors and real estate professionals. They are a solo self directed discipline. So this is different than something like a group discipline where you have a whole basketball team, you have five players, and ultimately their final score at the end is how they all executed together. But our solo self directed disciplines, which is like classical piano, golf, tennis, things where ultimately the final score relies only on you and your own output, when you have a discipline that is a solo self directed discipline, there's a whole other component that comes into play in a deep way. When it comes to internal processes. The ability is, can you get up and do your practicing? Will you motivate yourself to practice? Will you get that drive from within to practice? When there's no one else on the field, it's really just you and what you're doing behind the scenes. So a big piece that I notice, especially in this field is that perhaps it's not recognized that that is a whole other component that needs to be trained.
