He does a 30 to 45, sometimes an hour phone call with them. Now before he ever meets them, he wants to know are they worth his time to come into the office and meet with him. After that he meets with them for an hour, hour and a half in the office. If he thinks they're a good fit, he'll walk them through, meet a bunch of us and at that point he'll let them know, hey, we don't, we don't pick everybody. We'll call you if we decide that you're a good fit. Usually if he's walking them through the office, he it's good to go. Once Steven signs off, they join. That next day they are onboarded with Nick and he trains them through our whole onboarding process. It's 86 days. Hand holds you through the whole part of it. We've really perfected those two things in 2024.
