I was a stay at home mom for 10 years but then I took my real estate classes during COVID I really just wanted to sell six houses a year because that was the average in our area. Be able to leave the house, have coffee with my girlfriend, sell six houses a year. What happened is my first year I actually sold 35 houses. We started really investing in the business. We started introducing some technology, we started growing really really fast and now our team sold almost 100 homes last year. When I decided that we need to go the team route is because we invest in online leads. That's how we get a lot of our business. I was getting so many leads I couldn't possibly handle them all by myself anymore.
