A short YouTube interview clip from Real Estate Team OS featuring top agent Carly Van Dyke describing daily habits that drive success on a top team. Key points: morning accountability (early start, huddle), role-play practice to build communication and sales scripting, and leveraging prior sales experience within real estate.
Here are some keys to success for an agent on a top team.
The daily accountability that starts in the morning. I'm an early riser anyway. I think it's important to have all the agents up and at em early and just being fed. It comes from a place of growth and support. We're constantly being served that way. It's a more like a morning huddle we have and then we have a role play. So you're actually getting to implement the sales strategies or the scripting that it takes to be able to talk to somebody because communication doesn't come easy to everybody. Some people need to practice it more. Strong communication I believe is something that I already had but then being able to translate that into the real estate industry and pull on some of my old sales experience, that's important having that on a team.
