Excerpt from a Real Estate Team OS YouTube episode ("What do other teams CRM’s look like? 🤔"; episode references include Jessica Boswell on episode 60). The speaker describes an extensive smart-list build-out and multiple lead pipelines (pond system, 7-day leads, 30-day leads, "shark tank"), praises tools that surface high-intent behaviors (e.g., repeated listing views) and emphasizes investing in higher-quality, white‑glove resources for agents despite higher cost.

My smart list build out is pretty extensive. We also have a pond system, 7 day leads, 30 day leads, and shark tank agents are encouraged to go into that shark tank because those are the people that are converting. Like, nobody's falling in our laps anymore. I've made it easy for agents to identify. Out of the tens of thousands of leads that we have, the ones that are most likely to transact. These tools are beautiful. You can tell when somebody has looked at a listing three times, and when they did it six hours ago, Mary Jane looked at 123 Main street three times. Time to reach, reach out. I love how much easier these tools make it for agents to do their jobs. And I'm really happy and honestly, like, proud to be able to offer to the agents on my team. And that's another, like, white glove experience that a team leader that, like, cheaps out, they're not gonna get with that. Right? I don't want to cheap out. It's like the worst feeling. Is it more expensive? Yes. But I don't think I'd feel right doing it any other way. Check out Jessica boswell on episode 60 of Real Estate Team OS.
