Short YouTube interview (Real Estate Team OS with Brian Kochi) about balancing high-production and low-production video content for real estate teams. Brian emphasizes mixing polished, expert-facing videos (high production) with casual, humanizing formats like lives and reels (low production) to avoid signaling exclusivity and to show approachability. The clip closes with a branded CTA referencing Whissel Realty.
Like so many things, your video strategy requires balance.
You need to have a mix of high production and. And I don't mean this negatively, but a low production. I think. No, I don't either. You and I share a lot, a lot of philosophy on low production. I think the low production, the lives, the reels, that really humanizes people. You see them as a real human and I think that's massively important. Where people miss, especially when they get into this realm of lights and studios. They do all high production stuff, which is great. It shows you as an expert, it shows you as someone that's committed. It shows you a great leader. Like, people see that and they go, wow. But then I've heard agents go, my neighbor sold their house because they think I only sold million dollar listings now. Or they think I'm too busy or they think I'm building this team. And so I think having that balance is super important.
