Jessica Boswell joined St. Louis's top real estate team, then moved back to Connecticut where she was asked to leave after her second child. That setback sparked her to build her own team to 100 transactions a year, and now she's aiming to become Connecticut's first female-led #1 team by units closed.
From joining a number one team to building a number one team.
I chose to be on what was at the time the number one team in St. Louis. I got incredible mentorship from that team leader. I would never be where I am today without them. I took that away from being on a team. We moved back to Connecticut. I joined another team to kind of learn the Connecticut market. There were a lot of things on that team that I didn't like. You know, I was essentially asked to leave after having my second child. I think she didn't think I was going to work hard enough. And that's when my business really exploded. They got up to about 100 or so transactions a year, brought on a TC. I had so many leads and a huge lack of balance that I said, I'm going to do this team. It's the next logical step. I want to see if I can do it. I will become the very first female led team to be number one by units closed in Connecticut. I know that I will. We're on a great trajectory.
We're talking lead sources, profitability, VAs and more. Check out Jessica Boswell on episode 60 of Real Estate Team. Oh.
