Short panel-style conversation emphasizing that team culture is the most important factor in whether real estate agents stay with or leave a team. Speakers repeatedly state culture (and a specific 'Ubuntu' mantra) drives loyalty and hiring decisions; fit with culture is prioritized over production. The clip is conversational and testimonial in tone.
I just think culture is the biggest thing.
Well, that's what we hire too.
Yeah.
Irrespective of production. And just seeing how both of you guys love your, you know, teams, brokerages, etc. That just shows that the culture is one of probably the most important things.
It literally is our mantra.
That's the number one.
Yeah.
So we.
We go by this thing called Ubuntu. It's I am because we are.
Right. Yeah.
And we put it on our shirts, we put it on our stuff. It's on our walls. Like it's. It's in my office. And. And it true. It's true.
Culture's a big thing. And it is hard. You know, sometimes you have these amazing agents, but if they're not the right fit, culture wise, like, that's really what we try to protect. And I think that's why people love it.
Well, and I know other agents on the poset group, and they've said the same thing. They're like, we will be with him till the day we die. And it was right as I was transitioning into single agent. So we had a really long conversation about that.
