Not I'm going to burn them out in a year by holding them accountable to chase my leads. Call, call, call. It's about okay, what's the next level? What if you, if you reach here what's the benefit and move them up those levels and, and that's what I would want as an agent. I'm just not coming on for the short term to work leads. I want to build my business.
