A short YouTube podcast clip from Real Estate Team OS (episode 53) featuring Jill Biggs describing how hard work and self-reliance drove her rise to become a successful real estate agent and team leader. Jill credits relentless effort, a strong drive formed by early independence, and learning-by-doing as the keys to building her brand and company.
Jill Biggs never planned to become a real estate agent or a team leader. So what's been key to building such a successful brand and company?
I started grinding. And honestly, my first coach ever told me that the reason that I am so successful is I just outwork the other people. I may not know how to do something, but I'm so focused that I don't stop. And you know what I mean, until I've figured it out. I have drive, and I have it because I left home at 17 and if I didn't work, I didn't eat. It created, you know, not in a bad way. Just it made me depend on myself.
Jill Biggs and the Jill Biggs Group are hardwired for hard work. Learn more on episode 53 of Real Estate Team OS.
