Short YouTube podcast clip by Real Estate Team OS discussing core elements of a real-estate team operating system. Speakers emphasize two high-value roles/hires (formerly an ISA manager, now called Director of Opportunity), the need to document repeatable processes for efficiency, and how these systems create predictability (e.g., forecasting 60–90 days) and measurable return on investment for the team.
Name a key component of your real estate team operating system.
There's two key hires.
There's two roles in particular that I think are unbelievably valuable. We used to have an ISA manager. We now call her Director of Opportunity.
We can pretty much predict where we're going to be in the next 60 to 90 days.
If we do something more than once, we have to document it. And we have to document it the absolute best way that it can be done in the most efficient way.
How we have things set up and the processes that we have in place will really be able to, like, highlight where the true difference is between how we operate for versus maybe how an agent who's maybe not as experienced is going to be able to benefit the consumer. It was a company that I felt that impacted my team because we grew together.
Dollar for dollar has been the best investment that I've made in my business and that we've made in our team.
