Growth requires commitment and if the person that wants to grow isn't willing to give that commitment right there, right then at that time, then it may not be the right time for them. Right. And you have to as a leader be able to help them see that because if you don't help them see that then when things don't work out, they're going to blame you for it. It definitely starts with like the why? Why are you wanting to grow from being an agent to leading other agents when someone wants to lead others you truly have to start with a process of like doing an honest self assessment like where, where am I right now? Who am I and why do I want to do this? Am I willing to put them before myself?
