Sleep Now - 3.3 - Clarity Too Important to Let Go

A guided meditation with two speakers on managing worries that keep you awake. The practice helps you set aside pressing concerns temporarily so you can rest better and think more clearly when you wake up.
What if it's really hard to put something away because you need clarity on it? The issue may be really important. You maybe have a conflict with a friend or something at work or a loved one is sick and you want to help and it's really hard. It's different from the Just the worry to worry. There's something you really need to figure out. There's something you really need to solve. It can be very hard to put that aside. It's different from a habit of okay, now the hamsters need to close their eyes and rest for the night. It's like. But I noticed this a lot when my dad had cancer. It was like my brain wanted to solve it and there were things I could do. Actually, there was clarity in there that I could get that made a difference. I didn't necessarily get it by chewing on it over and over and over and wearing grooves in my brain at night, though often they came in the morning after I'd rested. So we want to just do a quick tapping to let you allow some of this stuff to solve itself separate from you. Separate from your brain working harder. So take a nice deep breath. Karate chop. Even though this is so important, Even.
Though this is so important and I.
Have no idea how I can rest until I solve it.
And I have no idea how I can rest until I solve it, I.
Might actually be able to solve it.
Better I might actually be able to.
Solve it better if I'm rested.
If I am rested.
Even though this seems so critically important.
Even though this seems so critically important.
And my heart is aching.
And my heart is aching.
I need to fix this now.
I need to fix this now.
But I may not be able to.
But I may not be able to.
At least right this minute.

Side of the eye. And let my brain bring in new information.

Under the eye. Chewing on it over and over isn't helping.
Chewing on it over and over is not helping.
Under the nose. Thinking it to death is not changing it.

Chen. I'm open to finding beautiful clarity.

Color. Bone. And it's okay to put this aside for the night.
And it's okay to put this aside for the night.
Under the arm. It doesn't mean I don't care it.
Does not mean I don't care.
Top of the head. It just means I'm investing in being healthy.
It just means that I'm investing in.
Being healthy and having a clear head to solve this problem.
And having a clear head to solve this problem.
Take a nice deep breath. We're going to do one more tapping on clarity, where Rick's going to guide you on some tuning in that can help you bring in new information during the night. We understand how important these things can feel and how important they are, and we want you to have the clarity you need. If you can, congratulate yourself on being willing to examine this, you're doing such a great job.
