As you go to bed, one of the questions you can ask is, is there anything that your body, mind, spirit, your spirit buddies want to let you know or want to engage with you around? For many people, breaking the pattern so that they can sleep very easily once they lay down in bed includes leaving a space for sharing the day and also for tuning deeper. As Kathy said, sometimes our inner guidance, not just what's in our head, but the guidance that's in our body, mind, the guidance that's in our connection to the universe, really wants us to receive something. And that signal in our head can be. Maybe there's some clarity here. So from a practical standpoint, taking a moment to jot down or tune in deeply by tune in deeply, let's do that together. Take a deep breath. Just bring your attention back from the outside world into your body. And notice if there's any part of you that wants to offer information and guidance. And if so, just press, pause and experience that allow it to come forward. And this can also apply in the middle of the night when you wake up. It can be a soft question to ask, what would you have me know? And ask it of your whole being. And if you have a divine connection, ask it there too many times. That can be enough. If this is really hard for you, you're feeling resistance, or the noise is just really loud and you're not getting the clarity that you want. Let's do some tapping. And if you're doing this tapping in bed, remember that you can hold the points and take a breath or just massage them gently and let the words be inside of you, not just in your ears, but letting them echo in the chambers of your heart and your belly, your knees. And we'll do some soft tapping, karate chop. Even though I can feel something there.
