Sleep Now - 3.5 - I Deserve to Sleep

This is a YouTube video titled "Sleep Now - 3.5 - I Deserve to Sleep" created in June 2015. The content is a guided self-help or therapeutic session involving a dialogue between two speakers, Kathy and another individual, focusing on addressing feelings of undeservingness related to sleep and abundance. The session uses tapping techniques and affirmations to help listeners shift their mindset about deserving rest and abundance.
Kathy, do you deserve to sleep well tonight?
A lot of people think they don't. And I do have nights when I feel like I can't sleep. I did something bad or something didn't go the way I'd hoped or the disappointment and the frustration can come up and I feel like I don't deserve that. And sometimes when things are going so well, I get nervous that things are going to fall apart and I actually pull my level of enjoyment down. Just. It's a subconscious thing. I don't think we ever get past this completely, but it's kind of that helix thing where we keep running into it, but we can keep learning and going deeper. So wherever you are in the deserving spiral, we invite you to be really present. We're going to do some tapping on this to help you shift the deserving issue. So take a nice, slow, deep breath. Karate chop. I don't think I deserve to sleep.
I don't think I deserve to sleep.
I might have done something bad.

Take a nice deep breath and if thoughts are coming up and just sharing this stuff out loud can make a huge difference. When it's spinning around in our heads, it can just take over and one of the things we love about the forum, the place where people can write. You can write at three in the morning and have people the next morning reply. Or someone else might be up at 3 in the morning. It's wonderful to get it out of your head and share what you're noticing. I can't deserve this because when I was three I kicked the cat. Those kinds of things are beautiful tapping material and they inspire other people. So work on your deserving issues. Changing those will help your life be so much more abundant because you'll notice the things around you. You really do deserve to sleep.
