In this satirical‑instructional video, the speaker outlines three self‑sabotaging behaviors that commonly ruin promising lesbian relationships: (1) becoming overly attached immediately, skipping genuine getting‑to‑know‑you work and declaring the partner "the one"; (2) reacting with hurt, anger, or spiritual grandstanding when the partner pulls back; and (3) refusing to listen to the partner’s needs, insisting on one’s own perspective and resorting to manipulation. The speaker acknowledges that many people unintentionally repeat these patterns, leading to repeated heartbreak and cycles of avoidance. She then pivots to present an alternative: a more mindful, conscious approach taught through the Conscious Girlfriend Academy and her book "Conscious Lesbian Dating and Love," offering free first chapters to help viewers create the loving relationships they truly deserve.

So in today's video, I want to talk about how to mess up a lesbian relationship, even if it's really promising, in just a few quick steps. Uh, first of all, get super attached really fast. So don't bother getting to know her. You know, you can tell a lot with first First impressions, just you know feel the energy. Take a good look at her. See if she makes you laugh, and if the signs are good, just go for it. Like tell her, "I know you're the one." Okay, step two. If she pulls back from that, like maybe she gets a little scared. She's not sure you're the one. Get really upset. And hurt and offended and angry. Tell her, like, "How could you be hurting me this way?" Or you know what's wrong with you? Or like, "Oh my God! I knew nobody was ever gonna want me. This confirms all my worst fears." Or you could get really spiritual on her and say, "My spirit guides told me that you're the one, and in fact, we've had other lifetimes together, and you've run from me before. This time is our time to be together." Okay, step 3. If she doesn't respond to that, keep trying to convince her she's wrong. Don't listen to her. Don't be curious about what she actually wants and needs, because actually, you know your own heart. You know what you want and deserve, and if you have decided that it is this person, don't listen to anything to the contrary. Just try to convince her. Manipulate her if you have to. Okay, is any of this ringing a bell? Honestly, I know none of us do this on purpose. Sometimes what happens is we get so blinded by the strength of our own feelings, and it is so painful to feel like you know that she's the one and she's just not going along for that Really fast-speed ride. But I want you to know there is an alternative. You can back up, and you can protect your own heart when you do. I see so many lesbians really, really hurting ourselves and each other by getting so attached so quickly. We can bond with this sticky lesbian super glue. And then, you know, things shatter and we wonder why over and over and over again. And I've seen women go through this and then think, okay, I'm just not gonna date anymore. There's nobody out there for me. I just have to stay single. Sometimes they stay in that state for months or years, and then they meet somebody else that really lights them up and they do the same thing over again. So there is an alternative. And we teach it over in the Conscious Girlfriend Academy. So if this sounds like you or anybody you know, please come check out the Academy.
