How to access admin mode in OrderUp by holding the logo for 4 seconds, log in with a PIN, and manage settings for printers, barcode scanners, returns, syncing, and display options. Support is available 24/7.
To access the admin mode, tap and hold on the OrderUp logo in the upper left hand corner for about 4 seconds. A message will pop up asking if you want to access the admin mode where you should select yes then you can log in with your PIN number. The admin mode allows you to chat with our support for access settings. In settings you can sync the iPad with salesvu log salesv.com, access printer options, manage the barcode scanner, go to Returns and Exchanges, tap on Back to Ordering. To exit the admin mode, connect the app with a square card reader and access more settings where you can change the font size, enable a screensaver with your company logo, allow coupon codes, allow camera scanner for barcodes and show taxes.
