Hi. Today I'm going to show you how to change the status of an order. Let's head on to your web portal. Click on Orders, search for the order. You can do it by location. You can also choose a date range and select the order you want to change the status of. I'm going to select this one. Click on the navigation bar or the three dots above and choose from the statuses in there. I'm going to click on Delivered. The status has been changed. Click OK and you're done. Thanks for watching.
