Short SalesVu Technical Support tutorial (YouTube, Sep 13, 2017) demonstrating how to check out a customer from the web portal. Steps shown: navigate to Features → Appointments → Appointment Calendar, select an appointment, click the newly added "Checkout" button, optionally Edit to add products and assign an employee, then use Checkout → Pay now and choose a payment method (example uses cash). The video also shows options to email/print the receipt and that closed appointments appear light green in the calendar.

Hi. In this video, I'm going to show you how to check out a customer from the web portal. First, I'm going to go to Features. Then click on Appointments, select the correct location and click on Appointment Calendar. Next, select your appointment. I'm going to click on this one. You can see that we have added a new button that says checkout. Click on it to proceed. Next screen that you're going to see. It's an open order. If you want to add more products, click on Edit and then add more items. I'm going to add this product to the order. I am also going to select an employee and add to order. If I am ready to check out, click under Checkout and pay now. For this order, I am going to take cash. Lastly, I can send the receipt by email, print the order or click on Done. If I go to Features again and Appointments and Appointment Calendar here I can see that my closed order or my closed appointment now turned to a light green.
