Hey, how's it going, David here with Cuppa's Coffee. This is our trailer here and we're set up with a few other trucks here at Mueller Trailer Eats. I'm gonna go ahead and give you a little tour of the truck. And we got our refrigerator, espresso, grinder, coffee set up here, the back house over there. We take our orders, receive our orders, send them out. This is our espresso machine here. Hey, how's it going? This is David of Compass Coffee in Austin, Texas. Compass Coffee is a coffee shop and we serve freshly roasted coffee and teas out of a 1974 Airstream. My buddy Colin and I have been operating Compass Coffee for over a year now here at the Mueller Trailer Eats. We're set up here along with five other food trucks. We are stationary seven days a week. We're open 7am in the morning till 2pm in the afternoon. Operating out of a food truck has its challenges. It's typically grab and go. We want to create a full quality customer service experience from the time they walk up, have a pleasant conversation with their ordering process until they got their drink in hand and they're driving away sipping on a very tasty beverage. What the incoming app allows us to do, it allows us to develop that customer relationship while their drink is being prepared. I don't have to write anything down. I don't have to explain anything to anybody else who's preparing their drink. I can focus on the customer at the point of sale. That's what truly matters to us. One of the very important things that I appreciate about this app is that I can take a few orders here, multiple orders, maybe three, four or five orders at the same time with no interruptions. Alright, then it's going to pop up here on the other side of the incoming app and I don't have to write anything down, I don't have to memorize maybe incorrect orders. It's all written down on the app there. Saves me time and I can just go ahead and start preparing their drinks in a timely, efficient manner and very accurately with the app and then sending them out. Just wanted to take you through the square pos along with the incoming app here. So as you can see, this is our pos. This is where we receive our orders here. Right? And we have it coming through our incoming app here and we process it with our espresso machine in our back area and it out this other window. Unfortunately, as a food truck, our space is limited inside here and it's very important to before develop these relationships with one window to the next. All right, here we go. So we got John here. He's ordered an ice vanilla latte. All right, I'm going to bring him through there. All right, so now that John has ordered, I continue talking to him at this first window. All right. Took just a few seconds there for John's order to come through, but now you can see that John has iced vanilla latte coming through on the incoming app there. It's now in process of being made there prepared. All right, and while, again, while I'm doing that is I am talking to John and seeing how his day is going, see what he's up to today, and maybe he's a regular and ask some few questions about his routine or job or whatever it is that we know about John there. And all of a sudden, it's ready. So we send that out, and John's order is gone, and John is on his way. It's just probably the best way that I can explain how the incoming app has helped us here.
