Hi. In this video, I will show you how to book appointments type 2. Appointments type 2 are perfect for barbershops, nail salons, spas, or any business in the beauty and wellness industry. To get started with SalesVU, we need to complete three configurations. The first one will be Employee Scheduler. We're going to scroll down to employees, click here and look for a scheduler. After that, we need to make sure that each employee has their own schedule, just like this. Second configuration will be a floor layout. We're going to click on our sidebar menu, go down to appointments and click on Layout Management. Next step will be adding resources to our business. In this case, I have chairs and I have my rooms for manicure and pedicure. Third step will be adding services. We'll go back to a sidebar menu and click on products and Services. I will edit the first one. Here is where you create a product and what makes a service is the configuration of type we gotta make sure it's a service. After that, you will select the duration of the service and you will select the employee who will perform the service. And check the box for any resource that will be attached to that service and save. After completing these three configurations, you will be ready to book appointments type 2 with SalesVu.
