SalesVu Technical Support walks through how to create and set up delivery options in the SalesVu POS system. The tutorial covers configuring delivery settings in the backend portal and syncing them so they appear in your system.
Hi. Today I'll be showing you how to create and apply new Delivery options in salesuite.pos to create a new delivery option, you have to do that in salesuite backend portal. So go to salesvuite.com and log into your account. So once you're logged in, go to Settings, click on three dots, find custom shipping status, scroll down. You can add new delivery options here. Tick on point of sale and with this plus icon you can add new delivery option. Now we go to pos. So let me sync it with Sales view for our changes to appear. Okay, right now we go to gear icon. More settings. Scroll down a little and you should see applied delivery options on order. Would you have to enable? So once it's enabled, add a couple of items to the order. And right at the top of the pos you should see little items lined up here which you can move it to Right and you should see attributes. Once you touch on it, you see the different delivery options here, choosing which you can change the status of the order. Thank you for watching and let us know if you if you have any questions.
