Hi. Today I'm going to show you how to make a customer based discount. Let's go to your web portal. Go to Discount. Click on Add Discount. Enter a discount name. Now the discount type would be Customers. Then you can either choose a percentage or a flat fee. I'm going to choose percentage and continue. Now you can add your products or your categories. When you're done, click Continue. You can either add the you can either apply the discount to one product in order or all the products enter an expiration date and enter the customer group that you want to have the discount for. On the pos. Attach a customer to the order and then add the product that is applicable to that discount and the discount will be automatically applied. Thanks for watching.
