In this video, I'm going to show you how to use Square with the Customer display app by SalesVu. The customer display app integrates with the Square point of Sale completely seamlessly. When a customer approaches the register, select their products and tap on charge. In the meantime, the customer can enter their phone number for the loyalty program. Once the order is entered in the Square point of Sale, the customer will be able to pay by card and leave a tip by selecting a predefined amount or a custom amount. This helps resolve the awkward situation when employees have to flip over the screen to ask for a tip. The customer can then sign right on the customer facing display. At the end of the transaction, they will see the loyalty points earned and how much they still need to earn in order to unlock their loyalty balance if they haven't reached the threshold yet.
