OrderUp's Frequently Bought Together feature suggests items customers often buy together. The system learns from order patterns and shows recommendations when someone adds something to their cart. Enable it in SalesVu under Settings, Recommendation Settings.
In this video, we will cover how the Frequently Bought Together recommendation will work on the OrderUp app. To get started, tap on the home screen of the OrderUp app, enter your name and phone number if needed, and then select your dining option. You will now see a list of categories where you can choose from. We'll go ahead and select Tacos, I will select Rebuy Tacos and I'll add it to the cart. You will see at the bottom the Frequently Bought Together recommendation. Our system keeps track of combinations of products in your customers orders and analyzes which products are often purchased together. When a product is added to the order, the system will offer additional products to purchase in the modifier flow based on what other customers have frequently purchased with this product. Product. From this screen we can automatically add products to the cart. We can go back, keep browsing the menu and add more products to the order. To enable this feature, login into your SalesVU account, click on Settings, click on the drop down menu, and click on Recommendation Settings.
