Here is a free app designed for fitness, yoga and dance studios specifically to increase sales of classes or session packages and track the attendance of the clients who purchase these packages. You can sell the classes and packages to specific customers directly through the app here in the point of sale section. The classes will be assigned to the customer who purchased them immediately. Here in the calendar section you can check in customer for classes that they purchased. The check in screen allows the counter staff to easily check in clients and view everyone who reserved a spot for an upcoming class from our sister app townview and others who have purchased a package for this specific class. The class count will be deducted from the customer's account automatically as they check in. The system will even notify them when they are running low on pre purchased sessions.
You can create classes directly in the app. There are a few different types of billings that your classes can have. You can have a package of a certain limited number of classes that the customer frequents as per their convenience while the classes get deducted from their account. These can be auto renewed as often as you need or not auto renewed. With auto renewal, the customer's card will be billed automatically based on the billing recurrence you choose. Another available alternative is a package of unlimited classes with an expiration date without an auto renewal or unlimited classes with auto renewal.
Here is completely free, but if you want more remote management and reporting functionality, you can subscribe to salesv Cloud and access reports that will give you extra information.
