A brief instructional video from SalesVu Technical Support (uploaded Oct 29, 2018) demonstrating how to enable automatic reminders for appointments and classes via the web portal. The speaker shows where to find Appointment Settings, how to turn on the Reservation notification, choose up to two reminder times (by hour), and confirm changes with OK and Update.

In this video I will show you how to set automatic reminders for appointments and classes. This feature is available on the web portal. First we will go to appointments and we will click on Settings. Scroll down until you see Reservation notification. Turn on the setting and click on OK to confirm. This feature allows you to send up to two reminders by text and email. Select the first hour and select the second hour. Lastly, click on Update. Thank you for watching and please let us know if you have any questions.
