SalesVu tutorial on setting up multi-session classes and workshops. Create a class with duration and session count, build a schedule with recurring dates and capacity, sell packages to customers in advance, then book individual sessions from the Calendar with automatic email and text confirmations.
In this video I will show you how to configure multi session workshops and how your customers will be able to purchase packages for any workshop. First step will be creating a class. Touch on the plus icon and select the best name, category and price for this workshop. Select product type as service and add a duration for this workshop. Select the number of sessions for this package and select an employee and a resource. Lastly, Tap and Save. Second step will be creating a new schedule for this workshop. Choose the best starting date and time. Select the max capacity and recurring dates for this workshop. Fill the rest of the required information and add the time slot. All packages must be purchased in advance. To sell a package, select a customer from your existing database, add the workshop, select the payment and complete the transaction. Final step will be booking a class that's part of the workshop. Touch on calendar at the top and select Add Booking. Select the best date and book the class. Now select the customer that purchased the package for this workshop. Touch on Continue and the customer will receive an email and text confirmation for their workshop.
