SalesVu's HERE app lets you book overlapping appointments by creating the same time slot twice with different employees and resources. Long-press a class to set the time and assign staff, add it, then repeat with another employee to double-book the slot. Check the calendar to see both appointments side by side.
Hi. Today I'm going to show you how to overlap appointments on the Hear app by SalesVu. So let's go to the Hear app. The next thing I'm going to do is long press on the class that I want to schedule class and here I'm just going to enter the details of the class that I want to schedule. I'm going to set the time, then I'm going to add the employee who's going to do the class, then I'm going to add the resource and then I'm going to click Add. Once that's done, let's say there's another customer who wants that same class. At that same time, you're just going to go through scheduling a class, again, adding the time. But take note that I'm having a different employee and a different resource prior to the first class that we booked. Once you are done booking, let's go to the calendar and there you will find the appointments that we just booked.
