Hi. Today I'm going to show you how does a customer redeem loyalty cash. For that, enter customer's phone number, touch on Continue and touch on redeem. So here you can use one of the buttons you have created or Redeem button that's created by system. By default, enter the amount the customer is going to redeem. You can select one of the products and once you're done, touch on Redeem button at the right bottom of the screen. Transaction completed. Load to redeem with this order $6.07. Account balance left $5.82. You can send SMS receipt by touching on Send SMS or touch on Done It.
