Hi. In this video I will show you how to cancel an appointment from the web portal. First we're going to locate our appointment on the appointment calendar. I will go ahead and click on it. Now we will click on the cancel appointment button. We will receive a pop up notification that says are you sure you want to delete this appointment? This cannot be undone and confirm cancellation. Now you will no longer see the appointment on the appointment calendar and the customer will receive an email with the appointment cancelled.
