SalesVu Technical Support walks through adding a room or chair to your floor map in the Web Portal. Set the name, capacity, and shape, optionally assign an employee, then drag it into position on the iPad POS app and sync the changes.
Hi. In this video I will show you how to add a resource. First we're gonna go to our sidebar menu and we're gonna scroll down to Appointment. Now we will click on Layout Management and you will see the floor map of your business. Click on Add if you want to start a new chair or room and you can customize your own name. After that we have the ability of selecting a maximum capacity and we can also select the shape of a room. Lastly, we can assign an employee to the room or chair. If you check the box it will mean that he is the only one that will have access to this room or chair. On the iPad POS app. At the top you will see your room or chair and you can drag and position on your map. At the bottom we will click on Save Layout and sync your iPad to see all these changes.
